We know that keeping your instrument running at optimal performance matters to you, which is why LECO instruments are assembled using the highest quality components and materials.
Sometimes downtime is unavoidable, however, and when that happens, our dedicated network of Global Service and Support technicians will help get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Support is available at your facility or ours, by phone, online, or through our SmartLine Remote Diagnostics system, available on most of our instruments. Service and A2LA-accredited calibrations are also available for our LECO-supported optical equipment.
Phone and internet (e-mail) support through our Global Service and Support network is included with every instrument purchased from LECO free of charge. Features such as Preventive Maintenance Packages, on-site visits, and SmartLine Remote Diagnostics may incur additional charges. Your LECO Sales Representative can provide you with more information on what additional service packages would be the best fit for your instrument and laboratory needs.

LECO Africa opened its doors in 1976, and has since been fulfilling customers instrument service requirements in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Since its inception, LECO Africa has committed itself to professionally meeting the technical requirements in servicing LECO equipment by setting up a fully equipped and operational service department with specifically trained personnel. This has seen that LECO Africa’s service meets the many demands of operating successfully in this diverse region.

Our service engineers are fully trained in the latest diagnostic techniques as set out by LECO Corporation. To enable us to meet your needs, our service engineers are sent for training to LECO Corporation, USA, to keep up with the ever changing technological advancements of our industry.
Service Contracts
Service Contracts are tailor-made to our customers’ needs to ensure minimum down time and provide the holder of such a contract with peace of mind that their full spectrum of service needs will be met. In addition to this the LECO service contract customer will receive other advantages: discounted rates on spares and consumables, priority response time and controlled maintenance costs.
Gas Installations and Electrical Work
LECO Africa can supply gas and electrical installations upon request.
Maintenance Training Courses
The content of a course covers the operational theory on the instrument, empowering the trainee with a full understanding of the instrument software and operation. This course offers hands-on preventative maintenance instructions ensuring the user with increased productivity in the laboratory.
Additional Services
